From May to September, every Tuesday a fairly massive Food Truck Rally takes place in Fort Collins’ City Park. We showed up too early for the music but had a great time wandering the lineup.

We rode our bikes to the Food Truck Rally, so I felt we’d earned a vanilla bean cupcake from The Cakery. (We had already ridden to dinner at Comet Chicken — now that I am sure I can navigate to the Rally, we’ll visit again for dinner. Lobster rolls, maybe? Or tacos? Or corndogs?)
